I’m continuously in wonderment about the complexities of being human and how there’s as many perspectives as there are people on the planet!

I’m deeply passionate about helping people move beyond their limitations in order to enjoy the deliciousness of the full buffet of connection and love!

I’m a certified RLT (Relational Life Therapy) coach and a long time Circling Method Facilitator as well as an avid student of LIFE. I use all the tools to guide others in long-lasting relational transformation.

Embodied Connection Method Structure:

During this 3 month, engaging and experiential container, you’ll explore how to bring authentic relating/ The Circling Method, somatics and the sacred into all that you do.

The Method is divided into three parts:

During this 3 month container, you’ll explore how to bring authentic relating/ The Circling Method, somatics and the sacred into all that you do. Along with the other participants, learning will be experiential and engaging. The modules will be divided up into three parts: Self, Other and the Relational Field.

Self: You’ll begin by diving into your own exploration of sovereignty. What does it mean to truly know the nuances of your experience? What are your sensations, feelings and the interpretations you’re making of what’s happening for your clients. What are the practices that are continuing to align you with your higher self so that you are truly an instrument for your transformational containers?

Other: What does it mean to be deeply attuned to your client? Learn the art of deep listening in a way you’ve never done before… as an act of love. Along with your cohort, you’ll have the opportunity to practice asking the right questions to allow the unseen to be seen. You’ll learn the communication technology of Circling to bring more potency to your presence.

Relational Field: During this module you’ll learn how to create a rich and dynamic space between you and the client. The practice will help you to develop more intimacy, trust and safety in the space between you. You’ll also develop greater levels of openness and ability to be impacted by the experience.

 

The Program includes:

  • (9) 2 hour live sessions over 3 months

  • (3) 1 hour live office hours for Q&A and case consults

  • Telegram community thread for mutual support and practice buddies

    There will be a recommended reading which is not required as well as practicing implementing the learnings.

    Cathy will be available for email and live office hours where cases can be brought for consult

    This program is appropriate for coaches, therapists and other healing practitioners that help clients process through conversation.

  • Will I receive a certification for this course?

    No, this course does not end with a certification process
